Project Description

Beneteau fit a fiberglass targa tower to the cabin top which we use to mount tracks for zips to attach all covers. The track is heated to the shape of the deck and targa, using VHB tape and 4-gauge screws; YKK zips are sewn to Keder insert and become the covers’ anchor points. One-inch stainless-steel tubing and fittings are used for the spray dodger and reverse bimini frames, 1¼-inch tubing for the rear cockpit bimini. Sunbrella Cadet Grey Plus was the chosen canvas with 1mm polished tinted Vybak for the windows, YKK zips and Sunstop Cadet Grey thread.
