Project Description

Structural keder was attached to double-sewn YKK #10 zippers and poly Velcro secured all tails and upper valance. We also used Makrolon AR II 60 mil glass; the upper facings were redesigned and the height reduced. Costa track was installed using #6 Stainless screws on 4-inch centers and 3M VHB tape seals and helps secure track. Costa track was added to the top of the windshield and horizontal aft handrail. The aft upper and lower panels are independent of each other and are track-to-track except the side aft panels, which use black Mil Spec Lift-The-Dot fasteners at the lower facing to accommodate the contour of the boat.
