Project Description

We fabricated and installed a rigid enclosure on the fly bridge, provided ventilation on the front and sides, and used rigid window material with heavy-duty vinyl borders. For the large windows, Costa Track was attached to a stainless steel railing at the top edge of the windshield, which required drilling and tapping 90 holes. The center-forward curtain incorporates curved connecting zippers, attaching it to the adjacent curtains doubling as a U-zipper to open for ventilation. The middle side curtains unzip for ventilation.
