Project Description

My clients will be using this boat in different locations and storing the boat at different marinas around Australia and New Zealand. Their goal was to create covers that enhanced the look but most of all didn’t restrict the sail ability of the boat in those different locations, and when away from the boat it is totally secure and fully protecting their investment. The purpose was to be able to sail the boat in all it’s cover configurations without impeding access to any part of the boat but giving all it’s occupants safe travel with lots of protection from sun, wind, sea and rain. Vision is the most important aspect of building full functioning enclosures and the client requested window lines that made the vessel different to others. Another request was to be able to remove the rear enclose drop panels in manageable sizes and also have the ability to roll up and store quickly or remove completely without any other section needing to be removed. Their final request was to have attached roll down full block out covers so when the boat is unattended it has privacy and is secure.
